When should I send a deposit?
Because it will be an international fund transfer, it will take 2 to 3 business days for the fund to reach into our account. If there are holidays, it will take more. Therefore, when you send a deposit, please be sure we will receive it day before the auction.
Must Know: No Deposit, No Bid !- What is the important info on order form?
- Please complete order form accordingly, but don’t forget Papera Customer ID and E-mail Address ! Also, put the max bid price by JPY10,000.
Must Know: No Name, No Bid ! - Can I ask Papera to get a good condition car through Auction Direct?
- In Auction Direct, you search, choose, and decide the vehicle. Papera just press the button of the auction according to your order form. And that is why you can get the reasonable price car through AD. Therefore, we will not advise or judge on the vehicle or its price. We will bid any unit on your order form no matter what it is.
*Good example is for Vans. Some customers requested on the order form saying “Bid the car only if it is NOT Just-Low.” This is not acceptable because in some cases, there is not enough information for us to tell if the car is Just-Low or not.
Must Know: You Are the Bidder, Not Papera ! - When should I turn in the order form?
- Auction on Monday to Friday --- by 8:00am Japan time on the day of auction.
Auction on Saturday --- by 7:00pm Japan time on day before (Friday night)
Must Know: Order On Time ! - What if I cancel or change the order after the deadline?
- If you cancel or make change on order after the above deadline, deposit will be kept as a penalty.
